Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Global Retail Sales Team. Our Retail vertical delivers innovative solutions that drive performance and growth across global markets to big tech, digital experiences, solutions providers and retailers. The Sales Coordinator role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, and enabling the team to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
Sales Support & Coordination
Provide administrative support to Global Head of Sales and regional teams.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups.
Assist with client proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Track tenders and renewals.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in CRM.
Generate sales reports and dashboards.
Monitor pipeline and support forecasting.
Process & Documentation
Ensure compliance with sales processes and documentation.
Manage onboarding and renewal documentation.
Liaise with legal, finance, and operations for contracts and invoicing.
Organize and maintain shared sales materials and documents.
Act as point of contact between sales and other departments.
Support internal communications and knowledge sharing.
Assist with global sales events, workshops, and training.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a sales administration or sales operations role, ideally in a global or multi‑regional context.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Experience in the automotive or data/technology sector is a plus.
