Key Responsibilities: Develop, grow, and manage an assigned sales territory in alignment with company objectives Meet or exceed annual sales targets Actively pursue new business opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction communities Support the expansion of Titoni Windows into additional regional markets Work closely with the sales leadership team to create and execute strategic sales plans Promote and secure specifications for Titoni Windows on upcoming projects Maintain accurate tracking of quotes, leads, and project opportunities using our CRM system
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural sales, preferably in
high-end window and door systems Established network within the Southern California architecture, design, and construction community Strong understanding of the construction process and specification sales Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote territory Proficient in CRM software
