Are you an IT Technician who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers?
At IT Hub, we deliver reliable, high-quality IT support and managed services to businesses across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled, customer-focused IT professional to provide workshop-based, remote, and onsite technical support across a diverse client base.
This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualisation, and AI-driven tools. You’ll be joining a supportive, fast-paced MSP-style environment where learning, ownership, and progression are actively encouraged.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and support client networks, servers, and IT systems
* Provide technical support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and remote support tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
* Manage and support Microsoft Server and Azure environments
* Implement and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune solutions
* Design, deploy, and maintain managed network solutions
* Monitor client systems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
* Ensure systems align with cyber security best practices
* Manage multiple open support tickets and prioritise workloads effectively
*What We’re Looking For*
*Essential Experience & Skills*
* 3+ years’ hands-on experience in an IT support, service desk, or infrastructure role
* Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Azure environments
* Experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, managed switches)
* Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of issues
* Full, clean UK driving licence
*Nice to Have (But Not Essential)*
* Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted productivity tools
* Previous experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
