About
We are seeking a
Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect
with 5+ years of experience to lead legacy application modernization initiatives within a government-focused Microsoft ecosystem. This role is responsible for analyzing legacy systems and workflows, designing target-state architectures, developing and deploying Power Platform solutions, and ensuring secure, scalable operations within a
Microsoft GCC environment
. The ideal candidate will bring strong Azure integration expertise, DevOps maturity, and leadership across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy applications and workflows (including WIDS or similar systems) to identify modernization opportunities
- Design target-state architectures leveraging
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services - Develop, test, and optimize Power Platform components aligned with enterprise standards
- Deploy and support solutions within a
Microsoft GCC tenant
, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements - Define and implement
environment strategy, ALM, and solution lifecycle management - Implement
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
using
Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
for automated build and deployment - Ensure solution performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services in
hybrid Azure–Power Platform architectures - Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide structured knowledge
