Customer Service Representative

Tunnel Vision Express Carwash is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and promoting our membership packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Sell membership packages and promote various service options to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both indoors and outdoors.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company uniform policy at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

This position is a fixed schedule 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
