About
What You'll Do
As Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and internal driver for each project, ensuring jobs run smoothly, on time, and with satisfied clients.
Client Communication & Project Ownership
- Act as the main client contact from deposit/start through project close-out
- Set clear expectations on timelines, prep requirements, and next steps
- Provide proactive updates and resolve questions or issues
- Confirm client satisfaction prior to final billing
Pre-Install Planning & Coordination
- Review scope of work, and project details
- Verify framing requirements, clearances, specs, venting, and site readiness
- Identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues before installation begins
Materials & Warehouse Coordination
- Assist with ordering materials and verifying correct quantities and specs
- Track lead times and deliveries
- Confirm all materials arrive, are checked in, and staged for installation
Scheduling & Execution
- Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams
- Ensure crews have the information and materials needed before job start
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
Close-Out & Billing Support
- Confirm work is completed to scope and quality standards
- Address any punch list or follow-up items
- Support final invoicing and project close-out
Work Environment
- In-office role based in our showroom
- Occasional job site visits as needed for planning or issue resolution
- Collaborative, hands-on environment with a small, skilled team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfort reviewing construction details, framing, or specs (preferred)
- Experience in construction, trades, or home services is a strong plus
- Proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and office software (CRM/QuickBooks a plus)
