Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience, whether in our fine dining restaurant or vibrant nightclub setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations.
• Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly after guests leave.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Uphold high standards of service in line with our fine dining expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server role, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with OpenTable is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages safely.
