Class A/B Welders Needed

Class A/B Fitter/Welder Needed

Requirements:

• Experience with Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW)
  
• Experience with Tig (GTAW) and / or Submerged arc Welding (SAW)
• Weld in all positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead).
• Must be able to Pass X-rays and other Non-Destructive testing methods.
• Variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Carbon, Stainless, Chrome and Nickel alloys.
• Proficient using Carbon arc gouge and cutting torch.
  
• Read and understand drawings and welding procedures
• 5 Plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Ability to Layout, Cut, Fit and Tack pressure and non-pressure parts. Including but not limited to cylinders, nozzles, tubes, tubesheets, headers, structural components.
• Utilize leveling equipment to ensure orientation accuracy.

Tests

• Welding 6" Sch 80 6G GTAW Stringer/Hot Pass, SMAW Fill and Cap. 
• 3G FCAW 1/2" Plate Test
• Fitter Test

Job Description

Position: Class A/B Welder/Fitter

Days: Monday- Thursday

Hours: 6:00am-4:30 PM, Friday and Saturday overtime as needed 6:00am - 2:15PM

Pay: $ DOE / Plus advancements 

Products: Waste heat recovery equipment designed and built to ASME Code: waste heat

and process gas boilers (firetube boilers, watertube boilers), steam drums, economizers,

superheaters, Pressure Vessels.
