Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care techniques
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after use
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members
• Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding sanitation standards and confidentiality

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and stripping floors
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience in custodial management or housekeeper supervision is advantageous for leadership roles
