Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Someone with a bubbly personality and great people skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold food safety and handling standards at all times.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Previous experience in food service or fine dining environments preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
