Laser Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetic laser treatments, customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of various cosmetic procedures. The Laser Technician will also assist with retail sales and maintain high standards of sanitation and professionalism in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Manage appointments using software and ensure smooth scheduling through the use of salon management systems.
• Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance their treatment results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetic treatments and expand skills
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions regarding procedures or products.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetician or laser technician fields.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques within a beauty or wellness setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while providing personalized attention to each client.
