Deliver.In this role, you'll be at the heart of engaging programs and memorable special events This Facilities Program Coordinator position provides support by coordinating, organizing, and delivering programs and events from concept to completion. The role blends creativity, organization, and customer service—managing logistics, communications, materials, budgets, and participant coordination while ensuring each event runs smoothly. You'll collaborate with staff, volunteers, vendors, and community partners; support marketing and public outreach; maintain records and reports; and provide friendly, solution-focused assistance to the public. This role may represent the department at meetings, support web or exhibit updates, and attend off-site events to help bring community experiences to life.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Education and Experience: An equivalent combination of relevant training, education and experience: Associate's Degree Two (2) years of experience in a related field to the area of assignment.Licenses and/or Certificates: Must maintain a valid driver's license.Depending on the area of assignment, may be required to obtain and maintain Notary Public certification.Depending on position assignment… if assigned to work within the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office/Justice Center/Jail additional background checks will be required: Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS).FALCON Integrated Criminal History System.
