Position Summary:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing, reviewing, and administering payroll for all employees across RDC-S111 and its associated brands. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll, maintains employee payroll records, supports compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides responsive support to employees and managers regarding payroll-related questions.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular wages, overtime, PTO, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Review timesheets and coordinate with managers to verify hours, classifications, and approvals.
- Maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, benefits deductions, and tax information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and tax regulations.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports for Finance and HR as needed.
- Coordinate payroll tax filings with internal teams and external providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries, W-2 questions, direct deposit updates, and system access issues.
- Support year-end processes including W-2 review and audit preparation.
Maintain organized and confidential payroll records.

Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll processing; multi-state payroll experience preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and wage/hour laws
- Proficiency with payroll systems; ADP, Paychex, or similar a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
