Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server / Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests in a lively environment, ensuring their dining and drinking experience exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus.

Duties

  • Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy, utilizing proper cashiering procedures and basic math skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar stations and dining spaces
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling protocols are followed at all times
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including beverages, wines, and specialty cocktails
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods using excellent time management skills
  • Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, providing attentive service in various settings
  • Uphold all health regulations related to food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, fostering repeat business through outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements (Food industry knowledge)
  • Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $250.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
