All Day Concrete is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in bidding construction projects and hands-on experience using ConstructConnect. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can interpret plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare accurate and competitive bids.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze construction plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Use ConstructConnect to source projects, perform takeoffs, and manage bid invitations
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
• Prepare bid packages, proposals, and supporting documentation
• Track bid deadlines, submissions, and follow-up communication
• Participate in project handoffs and provide estimating support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience
• Proficiency with ConstructConnect
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices and terminology
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent analytical, math, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and estimating software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience estimating commercial or industrial construction projects
• Knowledge of local market pricing and labor rates
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
