Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including policy administration, employee benefits, personnel management, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role involves maintaining compliance with HR policies, resolving issues, handling employee records, and supporting recruitment efforts. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations is an essential component of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency with HR software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or logistics environment, is a plus
