Production Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in assembly, machinery operation, and quality control within a well-established manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior factory or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. This position is essential for maintaining efficient production lines and ensuring product quality.

Duties

• Operate and monitor assembly lines and manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately
• Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery including forklifts when necessary
• Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards
• Support inventory management by moving materials within the warehouse using forklift or manual handling techniques
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly

Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings is highly preferred
• Familiarity with assembly line operations and use of hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
