Job SummaryResponsible for coordination of the construction on the Battery Storage project. Coordinates compliance with the schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions in conjunction with the Project Field Manager. This is a construction field based role and requires travel.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvides the site construction teams the means, methods, and staffing to support construction of Substation/BESS. Works with EH&S group to develop and maintain safety program associated with Construction activities. Develop Craft Training and Certification program for lineman and groundman trades for Open-shop craft employees. Develops and maintains Construction procedures and quality programs associated with the Construction of Substation/BESS work. Identifies and supports the recruiting of craft and leadership associated with the project work. Supports project proposals including development of staffing, equipment, and other direct and indirect quantities and costs to support estimate development. Leads and participates in design constructability reviews. Supports subcontract developments for projects as needed. Active involvement in project risk reviews including identifying and developing mitigation plans associated with Construction. Assists site team in resolving problems and reports on issues related to drawings and information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting, and safety. Monitors discipline construction productivity, progress, and cost, and reports to Operations Manager, Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager. Takes necessary actions to maintain targets. Develops corrective plan to ensure progress and productivity targets are met. Verifies that all equipment, material, manpower and resources needed to support Project Schedule are available and on site. Reviews all timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress
