Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Administrative Operations professional to drive project success and streamline organizational processes. In this dynamic role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring while managing administrative functions that support team efficiency. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across teams using project management methodologies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and business process modeling to define project scope and objectives clearly.
  • Lead project planning efforts including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and scope management utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, requirements management, change management records, and progress reports.
  • Manage and coordinate bidding and estimating processes in project management software.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project status, resolve conflicts, negotiate scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee implementation, use and build out of project management software with field teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a construction project coordination role with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle (PMBOK).
  • 3-5 years of construction experience required, preferably with a general contractor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for presentation delivery, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and technical writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53, $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA
