Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor based in Palmdale, CA. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily operations, and supervise logistics staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of loads. The role involves managing customer service processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Supervisor will also be responsible for fostering effective communication within the team and with client.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to manage, coach, and motivate team members.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with team members, client, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Operations Management to streamline processes and achieve efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with logistics technology or software is an asset.
• Experience with Direct store delivery is preferred.
• Famiarity with preshables, reefer trailers and temp control transportation is preferred.
• Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or transportation environment is preferred.
