What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide data management and administrative support for engineering project work and general office needs. You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure project information is accurate, organized, and available when needed.

This role works under general supervision with day-to-day direction and is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing detailed work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, input, and maintain accurate project data
  • Compile reports and manage data sets related to project work
  • Provide orderly storage and organization of project photographs
  • Assist with processing project invoices in a timely manner
  • Support Project Managers with resource coordination and scheduling
  • Assist Technical Resource leaders with coordination of team assignments
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, clients, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Perform filing, scanning, copying, and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and data
  • Perform other administrative and project-support duties as assigned

What You BringMinimum Requirements

  • College degree strongly preferred OR High school diploma with 3+ years of administrative or project support experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with complex data sets
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfort learning and using project management and other software tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of accounting or invoicing processes
  • Prior experience supporting engineering or project-based teams
  • Experience working with offshore or cross-functional teams
