Remote Sales Representative

Weed Man Remote Sales Representatives' objective is to obtain new clients who value quality lawn care. The Remote Sales Representative must become knowledgeable in the Weed Man way of caring for lawns so the Remote Sales Representative is able to start the building process of a long-lasting client relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete phone calls to potential clients, tracking performance.

• Effectively use the Weed Man way to educate potential clients of services and close the sales call in a timely manner.
• Handle inbound / outbound calls, communicate with clients providing knowledge of service. Closing Sales via phone is 75 to 80% of the daily job time
• Achieve weekly sales goals.
• Perform data entry, maintaining and update client record accurately.
• Possess written and oral communication skills, in a fast pace environment.
• Assist with light accounting procedures.
• Utilize online measuring software as needed, email quote request and follow up
• Assist with various program operations when requested as responsibilities permit.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales an asset
• Previous experience in customer service an asset
• Experience in lawn care a plus
• High school diploma
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and windows
• Must have own computer, headset, internet connection.

PAY:

• $11.00 per hours PLUS COMMISSION

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
