As a Front Office Agent, you are the first and last impression our guests have during their stay. In this highly visible and guest-facing role, you will greet guests with warmth, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and serve as a key source of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Your welcoming presence and attention to detail directly shape the guest experience, creating moments of connection and exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Welcome guests and complete the registration process with accuracy and professionalism

Communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local recommendations

Process payments, issue room keys, and handle guest requests efficiently

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with empathy and urgency

Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations

Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Qualifications

A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift, push, or pull moderate weight

Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience strongly preferred

Must have open availability including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Strong service orientation with a positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn

Proficient in navigating computer systems and multitasking in a dynamic setting
