Bartender and Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
• Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred ; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is a plus.
• Experience in brewing or crafting specialty drinks can enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour
