Soni's client, a fast-growing global biotechnology company focused on developing cutting-edge cell therapies, is seeking a detail-oriented
HR Systems Contractor
to support enterprise HR processes and play a key role in the annual performance management cycle. This highly cross-functional role offers visibility across the organization and hands-on experience with key HR technologies including
SumTotal (Talent Hub)
and
Workhuman (Bravo)
.

Responsibilities
:

• Support and administer the annual performance management cycle.
• Serve as Tier 1 support for performance-related employee and manager inquiries.
• Configure, test, and update workflows in Talent Hub (SumTotal).
• Administer Bravo (Workhuman) recognition programs.
• Troubleshoot system issues; escalate when needed.
• Conduct data quality checks and maintain accurate HR data.
• Produce and analyze reports, audits, and key metrics.
• Assist with additional HR systems projects and process improvements.

Required Skills
:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR systems administration or HR operations experience.
• Experience with SumTotal, Workhuman, or similar HRIS tools.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data compliance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting.
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
:

• Experience with performance management systems.
• HR reporting and metrics experience.
• Experience supporting COEs or working with vendors.

Compensation:
$25 - $35 /Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
