Position Summary

The LPN Charge Nurse supports the daily clinical operations of their assigned unit while guiding and mentoring CNAs. This role is key to ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-directed care and that our team works together with respect and purpose.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a warm, resident-centered environment
• Lead and support CNAs with clear communication, teamwork, and mentorship
• Complete clinical documentation, medication administration, and care coordination
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate needs to the RN, provider, or interdisciplinary team
• Promote a positive environment grounded in teamwork, dignity, and respect
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
• Support The Maples' Eden journey by fostering meaningful engagement with residents

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-directed care
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and maintain a positive work culture

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Day, Afternoon, or Midnight shifts may be available
• Every-other-weekend rotation required
