Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Wichita, KS for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop and implement therapy plans, provide direct therapy services, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support the individual needs of each child. Additional tasks include documentation of progress and participation in team meetings to help achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech-related disorders
  • Knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of Dysphagia
  • Expertise in diagnosing and managing Communication Disorders
  • Strong understanding of Language Disorders and relevant therapeutic approaches
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Kansas or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental challenges preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Commitment to a collaborative and strengths-based approach to care
