Leidos is hiring a Litigation Support Data Specialist II to support the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. This is an on-site role in Washington, D.C. with the possibility of limited telework after client approval. You'll work on high-priority litigation support tasks, loading and processing data, managing document workflows, and ensuring accuracy across complex eDiscovery datasets.

What you'll do:

  • Process, load, and QC litigation data across Relativity and other eDiscovery tools
  • Modify load files, run multiple load streams, and perform native file processing in IPRO
  • Export data from Relativity and create load files for other review platforms
  • Handle data conversions, special-format conversions, and file manipulation requests
  • Perform QC on load files, data loads, productions, overlays, and appends
  • Generate exports for productions and manage privilege clawbacks and sequestration tasks
  • Conduct basic Relativity searches, tagging, and global updates
  • Identify and communicate data inconsistencies to project leadership
  • Assist with documentation, procedures, and training for new Data Specialists
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, PMs, and technical teams on data workflows
  • Support calls involving load file formats and media encryption when needed

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of eDiscovery experience (processing, file conversion, data culling, QA, database loads, analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of data loading, file manipulation, and document production workflows
  • Experience running Bates productions and native/TIFF/text exports in Relativity
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity, LAW, IPRO, or similar tools
  • Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with hardware/software components
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

  • Active or current clearance
