Job Description:

Seeking an Infrastructure Solution Architect who will lead and evolve the company's IT infrastructure to support business growth and transformation. You will oversee the planning and design of enterprise infrastructure platforms—including cloud, server, compute, database, storage, backup, and network—ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability. The Solution Architect will contribute to the strategic vision for infrastructure architecture and assist in developing high-performing teams to deliver world-class solutions, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps to advance KDP's IT infrastructure, supporting current and future business needs.
2. Establish and govern enterprise-level standards, best practices, and processes for network architecture, engineering, and deployment.
3. Champion modernization initiatives including cloud networking, infrastructure automation, and AI, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
4. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of infrastructure technologies, tools, and vendors, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
6. Analyze technology trends and assess emerging solutions to recommend and drive adoption of new capabilities where appropriate.
7. Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements throughout all aspects of network architecture and operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure architecture and engineering
3. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operating IT infrastructure, including: cloud architecture, server and compute, database, storage, backup, infrastructure automation, and networking

•Experience in managing teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments.
