Security with DOE Clearance

Please read all details before applying, you must have certain credentials that Walden Security cannot assist you to obtain. The candidate will current possess (or very recently held) Department of Energy Q clearance. Candidates with an active Q clearance will receive $29.24 once the clearance reciprocity has been finalized. Candidate will receive the uncleared pay of $19.14 until fully cleared with successful reciprocity of the Q clearance. Candidates must have a strong work history, satisfactory background check and the ability to walk and stand for a prolonged period.

Oak Ridge Security Officers (Department of Energy Q Clearance Required) needed for 2nd shift. We also need a part time utility officer to cover medical leaves, sicknesses, vacations and extra coverage. Part time will average 24 hours and be plugged into the schedule in as needed. There may be exceptions for more hours depending on staffing levels

All employees rotate weekends, and no employees are exempt from being scheduled for the rotation.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be at least 25 years old and a clean driving record. This position requires patrol in a company owned vehicle. All workers that are required to drive company vehicles and must be cleared to be covered under Walden Security automotive plan. An MVR will be performed before start.

What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
