Position: Manager – Las Vegas (On-Site)

About the Role

Enoylity Media Creation LLC is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Las Vegas-based Manager who can serve as the company's on-ground representative.
This role involves assisting with office setup, lease coordination, and managing essential local operational tasks in Las Vegas.

The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and able to complete tasks independently without supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Search for, visit, and help finalize potential office locations in Las Vegas.
• Act as the authorized representative to sign lease agreements on behalf of the company.
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and local vendors.
• Manage basic administrative and local operational tasks.
• Provide timely updates and submit progress reports to the leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be legally eligible to work and sign documents in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with property managers and vendors.
• Highly trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Compensation

• $2,200 base salary
• $300 KPI bonus
• +$300 quarterly performance bonus

Work Hours

• Approx. 15 hours per week (around 3 hours/day)
• Flexible schedule based on workload and appointments
