The Day One Apprentice Program is for creative, curious, and driven talent looking to break into the world of marketing. This isn't your typical internship – you'll work on real projects, get hands-on mentorship, and gain the skills to thrive in a fast paced, creative environment. If you're passionate about storytelling this is your chance to make an impact from Day One. We want our apprentices to bring fresh ideas, take risks, and grow with us.
This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.

What You'll Learn & Do From day one (literally), you'll collaborate with some of the sharpest minds in the industry. This isn't about fetching coffee (unless it's for yourself). It's about getting your hands dirty, thinking big, and helping bring bold ideas to life. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Create content that grabs attention. Learn what makes people stop scrolling and actively engage.
- Write stories that stick. From captions to scripts, craft narratives that connect across platforms.
- Brainstorm, pitch, and bring ideas to life. Work with teams across brand, design, video, strategy, and editorial as we collectively work to turn relevance into legacy for our partners.
- Learn fast, create often, and keep growing. Gain hands-on experience that fuels your next big move (hopefully with us).
- An understanding of how client projects come together.
- One-on-one mentorship from Creative Agency leads.
- Training in storytelling, strategy, and emerging digital platforms.
- Exposure to cutting-edge marketing and creative strategies.
