3D Fitness has an opportunity for you to become a well polished and known athletic pillar to our Fort Wayne community We are seeking fun, independent contract trainers who have a passion for health and fitness, and who are ready to inspire, lead, and make a big difference to our members and clients. Whether working with a young athlete new to the gym or an adult client chasing personal milestones, you bring energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session.

Contracting with us allows you to maintain your independence, create your own hours/schedule, achieve work-life balance, with control over your work load, and it allows you the flexibility you need to grow your business.

Your Role :

• Deliver high-quality individual or small group workouts
• Encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
• Give proper guidance on form and movement to enhance performance and minimize injury
• Train clients 1-on-1 or in small group sessions inside our facility
• Deliver safe, effective, and goal-oriented training sessions
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold facility standards
• Handle all client scheduling, payments, and program management independently
• Respect shared space and contribute positively to the facility culture
• Represent your brand and the facility in a positive, and motivating manner

Requirements :

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• AED/CPR Certification
• Fitness Certification (must hold and maintain for the duration of this position)

Compensation & Facility Access :

• Flat monthly Rent Fee: $500/month
• 24/7 facility access for training your clients
• Freedom to set your own pricing and client structure
• No session split or commission — you keep 100% of what you earn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $30.21 per hour
