Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Experience in fine dining, Mexican restaurants and/or nightclubs is preferred.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning bottles.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Learn our cocktail recipes and keep bar stocked
• Serve patrons with excellent hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome.
• Familiarity with Dinnerware POS system is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
