RL Enterprise is seeking a
Quality Manager
on behalf of a global manufacturing leader. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and is passionate about driving quality excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates must have prior expereince with composite materials or composite manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation and oversight of the site's Quality Management System.
• Investigate product quality issues (supplier, factory, or field failures) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage internal audits, calibration systems, and quality-related databases (scrap, deviation, CAPA).
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through 5S audits, cross-functional teams, and Material Review Board participation.
• Support operator training and cross-training in quality processes and inspection methods.
• Partner with leadership to set and achieve measurable site quality goals.
• Ensure controlled documents, procedures, and records are maintained in compliance with standards.

What We're Looking For

• BS degree as well as at least 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, process capability, root cause analysis).
• Experience leading audits and training teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience.
• AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification.
• ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA).
