Project Manager
We're looking for a highly dependable Project Manager who excels at leading projects, coordinating directly with clients, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. You'll manage end-to-end delivery for initiatives that span marketing, analytics, and technology, ensuring clarity, momentum, and consistency across every workstream.
This role requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and the confidence to run calls, manage expectations, and push projects forward without constant supervision. You are the orchestrator — ensuring clients feel supported, teams understand what's required, and projects are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Communication
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients across assigned projects
- Lead all client-facing meetings: kickoff, status updates, reviews, planning sessions
- Translate client needs into clear requirements and next steps
- Provide consistent communication that builds trust, clarity, and forward momentum
- Set expectations, manage changes, and communicate risks proactively
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Oversee the full project lifecycle — from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, schedules, and status reports
- Hold internal and external teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scopes stay on track
- Identify challenges early and escalate when appropriate
- Run efficient, organized, outcome-focused project meetings
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, development, design, and strategy teams
- Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by all parties
- Follow up on dependencies, blockers, and outstanding tasks
- Maintain visibility into team workloads and resource needs
Quality, Documentation & Process
- Prepare structured documentation: meeting notes, briefs, requirements, SOW updates, and reporting
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before reaching the client
- Support process refinement, workflow improvements, and best practices
- Maintain project tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, ClickUp, etc.) and ensure they reflect real status
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing digital, marketing, or technology projects
- Strong client-facing presence — confident leading conversations and guiding decisions
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to translate ideas into structured plans and actionable tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Experience coordinating work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset — anticipates needs, eliminates confusion, reduces friction
