Chocho Hot Pot is a premium, all-you-can-eat individual hot pot restaurant, originally founded in Vancouver, Canada. At Chocho, each guest gets their own personal hot pot, allowing for a fully customized and flavorful meal in a modern and stylish environment. The name "Chocho" is inspired by the CHOCHO plant—also known as Buddha's hand melon—our name symbolizes good fortune and heartfelt hospitality. Now expanding across North America, Chocho is redefining the hot pot experience with elevated flavors, a vibrant dining atmosphere, and a deep respect for diverse culinary traditions and dietary preferences.

What You'll Do as a Kitchen Team Associate:

• Welcome guests with warmth and deliver an unforgettable dining experience
• Cook and prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
• Keep our space clean, organized, and inviting
• Operate with care and precision, following food safety and operational standards
• Take on various roles in the restaurant (kitchen, front counter, etc.)
• Work collaboratively to meet daily goals in a positive, team-first setting

• Open to learning (no experience? No problem, we'll train you)
• Food Handler Certification may be required depending on local regulations
