Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure. The Night Auditor will also be responsible for preparing daily reports, managing the hotel's front desk operations, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Would need to be able to work just weekends or at least every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Balance daily financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure accuracy of all guest accounts.
• Maintain the security of the hotel premises.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Must beable to lift 15ibs or more

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
