Role Summary/Purpose:

The expectations for this role are to help flow material through the shop in a safe and productive manner. This will include covering for other truckers in the plant including the press area, receiving and chip/spin/wash.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain numerical and written records
• Frequent heavy lifting
• Assist team and area with SAP transactions to keep accurate inventory
• Perform SAP transactions & PM-Pro die location updates as needed
• Back up receiving when needed
• Perform standard work per the quality work plans
• Participation in team-based improvement activities
• Active participation in standard work revisions
• Clean, maintain, and organize assigned area

• Perform cycle counts on raw stock locations

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Need to hold fork truck certification for all equipment
• HAZMAT Certification required (must be obtained within 30 days of starting job)

• Able to interpret MOSs and BOMs
• Able to do arithmetic and basic shop math
• Use standard measuring instruments
