We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries during our in-person consultations.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and completing sales where applicable.
- Conduct follow-up, or sales opportunities as needed while utilizing our provided lead lists.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry and CRM systems.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions when applicable, and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships on behalf of our Brands.
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a strong plus for serving diverse customers effectively
- Proven experience in customer support or call center roles preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and promote products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies
- Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential for managing high-volume interactions efficiently
