Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Medication Technicians to join our care team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with seniors, a commitment to delivering quality care, and the flexibility to work weekends as part of their schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and accurately (Medication Technician role).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents, including those in memory care.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification (REQUIRED).
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive resident needs with compassion and patience.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends.
