Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Enter data into company databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely processing of customer requests and internal orders
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records, including documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Transcribe audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats using typing skills and transcription techniques
  • Collect, verify, and update data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and correctness
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for analysis
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, and assisting with clerical duties to streamline office operations

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and organization
  • Experience working with databases and ERP systems to manage large volumes of information effectively
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy to facilitate efficient data entry and transcription tasks
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations within spreadsheets or reports
  • Previous clerical or office experience that demonstrates familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of order entry processes, data collection methods, and office software tools to support daily operations
