Job Purpose:

Be the reason our community feels like home. As a Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your attention to detail and pride in your work ensure that every space reflects the care and compassion that define Attic Angel Community.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform housekeeping duties in all areas of the community, including resident rooms, apartments, and common spaces.

  • Clean, vacuum, and dust furniture, bathrooms, and living areas across assigned neighborhoods such as Gorham Glen, Bryant Ridge, Segoe Heights, and the Haven.

  • Provide resident laundry services biweekly and assist with breakfast or light room tasks as needed.

  • Maintain records of scheduled cleanings and complete assigned checklists daily.

  • Keep cleaning carts organized and supplies stocked throughout the facility.

  • Make beds, change linens, and move light furniture to clean underneath and behind.

  • Clean public areas including parlors, dining rooms, hallways, stairwells, and offices.

  • Empty trash and recycling, perform emergency cleanups when needed, and ensure all areas are safe, dry, and hazard-free.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers through friendly, respectful service.

  • Support special projects, meetings, and resident moves as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping, safety, and cleaning procedures.

  • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexible and organized, with strong attention to detail.

  • A sincere desire to serve older adults and contribute to a positive community environment.

  • Completion of a TB test or chest X-ray as required.

When You'll Work:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available on AM and PM shifts.

  • Some weekends and holidays required.
