About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Analyst
to join our
Process Innovation (PI) Team
, a strategic project management organization that partners with business units to analyze, develop, and implement innovative solutions and systems. This team operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, driving results across all divisions of the company.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing company-wide data systems and collaborating with internal and external teams to create a single source of truth for the organization. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify root causes of business challenges and design new processes and solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide data systems and related projects, ensuring strong data governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for systems and processes.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify root causes and develop innovative business solutions.
• Interpret technical documents and processes to draw valid conclusions about user needs and business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and create user documentation, training guides, and manuals.
• Communicate system changes and enhancements effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline required.

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

• Experience:

• 5–7 years in data/systems analysis, project management, process improvement, or similar roles.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong experience analyzing large data sets and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
