Duties

• Be able to work and have knowledge of every position in the FOH.
• Be comfortable running operations by yourself.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service during shifts.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory control and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Operate POS systems for processing transactions and managing cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team on staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations.
• Support kitchen management by overseeing food production processes and ensuring quality control of menu items.
• Ability to change kegs.

Qualifications

• Must be Servsafe Manager Certified
• Have experience leading a team.
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Come up to solutions to problems on the fly.
• Follow instructions
• Be a team player.
• Knowledge, or a liking, for beer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.50 per hour
