About

Resolve Harmony is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team at our nursing home facility. This role is ideal for an HR professional who understands the unique staffing, compliance, and employee relations needs of a healthcare environment and enjoys supporting staff who care for others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention
  • Manage hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and facility policies
  • Serve as a resource for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and concerns
  • Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate training, in-services, and performance evaluations
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
  • Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and healthcare compliance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • SHRM or PHR certification a plus
