We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping during banquets or catering events.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service.
• Help with inventory management by reporting any shortages of supplies or equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Experience in hospitality or catering settings will be beneficial for those looking to grow within the culinary field.
