About
Professional property maintenance company looking for experienced loader and plow truck operators in Rochester NY
2 positions available: 1 loader/plow driver and 1 plow driver/salter
- Must have minimum of 3 full seasons of verifiable past experience in the field of commercial/residential snow removal work to qualify. Must be able to provide references to prove experience.
- Must have clean license (for plowing and foreman positions), reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug test and minimum 3 years of experience towing a trailer.
Must be able to work on-call during scheduled shift hours without question/issue.
Must be able to use a smart phone/tablet and use apps efficiently.
-Must be able to self-govern when working solo/independent.
-Work to begin in immediately and end on April 1st, 2026 (further employment may be available/offered).
Qualified Snowplow drivers pay up to $40.00 per hour. (1 Position open)
Qualified Loader operators pay up to $50.00 per hour. (1 Position open)
Paid training - All snow training is paid at a set hourly rate and is required.
Must be on- call and available to work during overnights and snow events
