We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and have experience in various construction tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring and finishing.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish surfaces.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve desired strength and durability.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as masons, carpenters, and laborers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with tile laying, welding, roofing, plastering, drywall installation, trim carpentry, masonry, and the use of hand tools.
• Proficiency in operating power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
