Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a busy fabrication environment in Sapulpa. The Structural Welder will perform high-quality structural welds using MIG and Flux Core processes while operating cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment in a safety-sensitive industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on structural steel using GMAW and FCAW

· Calibrate welding tools and follow all WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)

· Clean, grind, and prep materials for welding

· Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move materials

· Weld in multiple positions based on project requirements

· Inspect completed welds for defects and verify conformance to specifications

· Conduct equipment inspections before and after use

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

· Follow company safety, quality, and reporting procedures

· Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately

Job Requirements

· year of welding experience or welding school graduate

· Ability to set up, operate, and evaluate oxygen/fuel cutting equipment, plasma cutters, and AC/DC welding machines

· Must pass all required welding qualification tests

· Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude
